RosmanSearch, Inc. is seeking a general urologist to join a well-established practice south of Houston in Victoria, Texas.

The role offers autonomy, strong administrative support, and potential growth in oncology-related urology, including prostate cancer, within a supportive multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will build a full-scope practice, have interest in oncology, and enjoy a balanced lifestyle in a warm Texas community with access to robust urban centers.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed to practice in Texas.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
• Experience in general urology and oncology is preferred.
• Robotic surgery training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a full-scope general urology practice.
• Develop oncology-related urology, especially prostate cancer.
• Coordinate with anesthesia and surgical team for scheduling.
• Provide autonomous, patient-centered care with continuity.
