Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home and senior living care in North Augusta, SC. You will conduct evaluations, create care plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to older adults in their homes or communities.

Offerings include telehealth options, autonomy over your schedule, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists. Compensation includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, independence and mobility.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
