Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/home health in Amarillo, TX and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible PRN scheduling and autonomy with strong clinical support.

You’ll complete in-home evaluations, develop individualized plans, supervise COTAs, and collaborate with the care team to monitor patient progress. Texas OT license, CPR, and driving ability are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload

Responsibilities

• Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy
• Provide follow-up visits as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress
