Job summary

SGCPower is seeking a Project Manager in Augusta, Maine to oversee the non-technical side of power projects. You will manage costs, schedules, and closeouts while ensuring client alignment and timely delivery across teams.

Responsibilities include leading the project team, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining project plans and reports. A Bachelor’s degree plus two years of PM experience is required, PMP is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years of project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification is desired.
• Electric utility, construction or power industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-technical project aspects: costs, schedule, billing, closeout.
• Lead project team and allocate resources to meet scope and budget.
• Prepare project plans, reports and essential documentation.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule and budget throughout the project.
