Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure, certification, and registration in good standing or ability to obtain.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start; maintain current certs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit during shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services and evaluations to patients.
• Apply OT techniques including P/ROM, joint mobilization, massage, and desensitization.
• Meet patient care time targets in outpatient settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide patient feedback for health improvements.
• Deliver care as defined by applicable state practice act.
