Qualifications

• Illinois Medical License or License Pending.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients.
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention and early detection with materials and resources.
• Share care duties with other physicians to ensure availability of a physician.
• Determine referrals based on examination and patient needs.
• Order studies, tests and ancillary services; document in medical record.
• Participate in teaching sessions and quality improvement programs.
