Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home and senior living care in Greater Abington, PA. You will evaluate, develop plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment for older adults in private residences or living communities.

You will manage therapy sessions, document in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence, safety, and aging in place. Flexible schedules and telehealth components enhance accessibility.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in home or community settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
