Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in the greater Houston area is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Dermatologist to join a physician-owned practice. This on-site role offers flexible schedules, an initial guaranteed base transitioning to a high-earning production model, and strong clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Completed an ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency program.
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (ABD or AOBD).
• Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License (or eligible for state licensure prior to start).
• Outstanding clinical diagnostic and surgical skills; evidence-based dermatologic care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with patient education.
• New graduates completing residency are warmly welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient diagnosis, evaluation, and medical management for dermatologic conditions across regional practice locations.
• Perform routine and complex dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, surgical excisions, cryotherapy, and lesion removals.
• Partner with in-house dermatopathology team for rapid lab turnaround times and integrated patient care plans.
• Maintain complete EMR documentation to support high-quality clinical standards.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to build long-term patient trust and practice reputation.
• Cultivate optional cosmetic dermatology services based on interest and patient demand.
• Engage in a collegial, physician-driven environment designed for long-term satisfaction.
