Job summary

Quality Surgical Management (QSM) in Charlotte, NC seeks an NP or PA to provide autonomous bedside wound care and patient-focused services. You will build meaningful patient relationships, manage your caseload independently, and work a stable weekday schedule with no night rounds, no weekend rounds, and no on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered NP (Adult/Geriatric/Family) or PA license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to independently manage clinical judgment and documentation.
• Attendance at required meetings and conferences.
• Possible telehealth responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside surgical wound care and maintain detailed documentation.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with care teams across assigned facilities.
