Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• Active state insurance licenses preferred.
• Experience delivering investment, retirement, insurance, or comprehensive financial guidance.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to independently develop business and manage a client practice.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive guidance to individuals, families, professionals, and business owners.
• Develop financial strategies based on each client’s goals, priorities, risk considerations, and time horizon.
• Coordinate investment, retirement, insurance, estate-planning, and business-planning needs.
• Manage and deepen existing client relationships.
• Develop new business through referrals, professional relationships, community involvement, and targeted business development.
• Collaborate with specialists and other advisors on complex client cases.
• Maintain all required licenses, registrations, continuing education, and compliance standards.
• Build a scalable practice supported by effective service, technology, and team resources.
