Job summary

Golden Summit Wealth & Insurance Solutions is recruiting ambitious professionals to transition into financial services through a structured training and development program in California. No prior financial licenses are required at application; licensing support and mentorship are provided.

You will learn to identify client goals, explain protection and investment strategies, and build your own client base through networking and referrals, with coaching and joint client work available.

• Two or more years of professional experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable professional experience.
• Must be eligible to obtain the required licenses.

Golden Summit Wealth & Insurance Solutions is looking for motivated professionals who want to transition into financial services through a structured training and development program.

Prior financial services experience is not required. We provide licensing support, hands‑on development, mentorship, and access to experienced advisors and in‑house specialists. You bring the work ethic, relationship skills, and willingness to learn.

This opportunity is designed for someone who wants more control over their career, income, and long‑term growth while helping individuals, families, and business owners make confident financial decisions.

What You’ll Learn and Do

• Complete the insurance and securities licensing required for the position
• Learn how to identify a client’s financial goals, priorities, and concerns
• Help clients understand strategies related to protection, investments, retirement, and long‑term financial planning
• Develop new relationships through networking, referrals, community involvement, and business development
• Build and manage your own client base
• Participate in structured training, coaching, and professional development
• Work alongside experienced advisors through mentorship and joint client work
• Create a business plan for developing a sustainable financial practice

Qualifications

Compensation is performance‑based and may include commissions, incentives, and additional compensation based on production and eligibility. This position does not provide a traditional guaranteed salary. Actual earnings will depend on licensing, activity, client development, and individual business results.

Eligible financial professionals may also qualify for certain benefits and retirement programs, subject to applicable contract and production requirements.
