truckingpeople in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Professional Driver – Vehicle Data Collection to support an autonomous vehicle program. This full-time role offers $22.00–$24.00 per hour, a 6 month to 1 year contract, and two shifts: AM 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; PM 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. Training is provided.

Ideal candidates have a valid U.S. Driver's License, a clean driving record, and strong situational awareness. You should be comfortable using smartphones and apps and able to work independently.

PROFESSIONAL DRIVER – VEHICLE DATA COLLECTION

Autonomous Vehicle Driver | Full-Time

Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

We're hiring reliable, safety-focused drivers to support an innovative autonomous vehicle program in San Francisco.

This position is ideal for professional drivers who enjoy being on the road, have excellent driving habits, and can remain focused for extended periods. No autonomous vehicle experience is required—we provide training.

If you've worked as an Uber or Lyft driver, Amazon DSP/Flex driver, delivery driver, shuttle driver, courier, taxi driver, commercial driver, or in another transportation role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Have a strong history of safe driving
• Can remain attentive and focused for long periods
• Are comfortable driving in busy city traffic, highways, and changing road conditions
• Follow detailed procedures and standardized processes accurately
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional
• Are comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and mobile applications
• Can document observations and complete reports accurately
• Have excellent communication skills and work well independently

Professional driving experience is strongly preferred, including:

• Uber or Lyft
