Job summary
Yoh is seeking a Mid Level Automotive Technician for the AM shift to support a self-driving car initiative in the United States. The role focuses on general documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with emphasis on drivetrain understanding to identify issues.
The candidate will navigate repair modules, follow procedures, and work with OEM tooling while documenting results. Collaboration in a team is essential, with opportunities to lead others and contribute to ongoing vehicle
Qualifications
- Auto technician experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, etc.
- Experience in a shop, maintaining cleanliness and inventory.
- Comfortable in a team environment and able to lead others.
- Solid experience with common hand tools such as saws, screwdrivers, drill, spanners.
- Ability to read schematics, manuals and repair guides; follow documented procedures.
- Strong documentation skills: create repair orders with diagnosis, procedures, parts.
Responsibilities
- Tinker with vehicles to support a self-driving car initiative.
- Navigate databases to locate repair modules and follow procedures, documenting results.
- Work with OEM tooling and car tooling; read diagnostics and assess issues.
