  • Act as the final internal authority for challenging diagnostic faults, resolving issues on‑site to minimize escalations to engineering support teams.

  • Validate completed repairs using approved diagnostic and verification tools to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

  • Oversee access to OEM technical assistance resources, repair manuals, and specialized diagnostic tooling for the assigned market.

Safety & Environmental Compliance
  • Serve as the on‑site authority for all repairs involving high‑voltage systems, ensuring strict adherence to lithium‑ion battery risk mitigation and electrical safety protocols.

  • Direct depot quality check activities to maintain high fixed‑right‑first‑time performance, correcting technical or documentation deficiencies in real time.

  • Ensure all maintenance activities achieve and maintain rider‑only launch‑ready status in alignment with Moove and partner safety requirements.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Must be able to perform all duties and meet all requirements of AV Tech 1 and AV Tech 2 roles.

  • 5–7+ years of experience in advanced automotive or autonomous vehicle environments, including OEM warranty execution and lead or supervisory responsibilities.

  • Required specialized High Voltage (HV) systems certification or equivalent documented training.

Technical Skills & Tooling
  • Subject matter expertise in autonomous vehicle subsystems, capable of performing all related tasks independently.

  • Demonstrated mastery of complex systems, including suspension, power conversion, and high‑voltage components.

  • Final site‑level authority for electrical and network diagnostics using advanced diagnostic platforms.

  • Proficient use of OEM technical assistance portals and repair documentation.

Leadership & Operations
  • Proven ability to mentor technicians and guide senior staff toward master‑level capability.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.

  • Ability to translate engineering updates into actionable SOPs and local training guidance.

  • Enforce documentation standards and lead quality control activities to maintain high repair quality ratings.

Safety & Compliance
  • Primary on‑site authority for lithium‑ion battery service, high‑voltage repairs, and electrical risk mitigation.

  • Full accountability for ensuring vehicles meet rider‑only launch‑ready standards.
