Job summary

DLM Pro is hiring Vehicle Installation Technicians to support deployment of advanced vehicle technology systems in San Francisco, CA. You will install, mount, wire, and validate hardware on vehicles, following engineering procedures and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with experience in hardware installation or vehicle electronics. We offer a competitive hourly rate, full-time hours, paid training, and the chance to work with emerging autonomous mobility technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hardware assembly, installation, or mechanical work.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Able to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and mount hardware components on vehicles.
• Route wiring harnesses and connect electrical systems.
• Perform system startup and functionality testing.
• Complete installation documentation and reporting.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow standardized installation procedures and engineering work instructions.
