Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions is assisting a client in finding Vehicle Installation Technicians to prep vehicles for deployment by executing standardized installation procedures for advanced technology systems.

You will install, mount, and validate hardware components on vehicles, ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to established processes while working in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Execute documented installation procedures and work instructions on assigned vehicles.
  • Mount, align, and secure component groups according to engineering specifications.
  • Route wiring harnesses, connect electrical components, and ensure proper cable management.
  • Perform system power‑up procedures and validate hardware functionality.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the installation process.
  • Accurately document completed work and communicate any issues to supervisors or engineering teams.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and established workflows without deviation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and reporting concerns.

Job description

We are helping our client find Vehicle Installation Technicians to play a critical role in preparing vehicles for deployment by executing standardized installation procedures for advanced technology systems.

In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, mounting, and validating hardware components on vehicles while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and according to established processes.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands‑on work, and takes pride in producing high‑quality results. Successful candidates often come from independent automotive repair facilities, automotive trade programs, automotive electronics installation, aerospace or aviation assembly environments, or other hands‑on technical roles involving mechanical and electrical systems.

Candidates with autonomous vehicle operations or software testing experience are also encouraged to apply if they have previous technician experience or significant hands‑on mechanical experience outside of work, such as building project cars or assembling custom computers.

Training Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Approximately two weeks
AM Shift
  • 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Shift hours are tentative and subject to change.)
PM Shift
  • 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (Shift hours are tentative and subject to change.)
As a Vehicle Installation Technician, You'll:
