Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking software engineers to build the autonomous vehicle software stack powering advanced defense systems. You will contribute to autonomy, data processing, and telemetry across the AD&S programs, collaborating with hardware and software teams to deliver reliable, real-time capabilities.

Applicants should have strong CS/SE/Math/Physics foundations and 3+ years in relevant languages; Top Secret clearance eligibility is required, with competitive compensation and equity on

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• 3+ years working with languages such as Python, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript, etc.
• Experience building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis.
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.
• Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational vehicle software stack for autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for vehicle control, networking, and telemetry.
• Contribute to software design, testing, and validation for flight and operations.
