Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Irving, TX seeks an Automotive Service Workflow Supervisor to coordinate shop flow for an autonomous fleet. You will triage, assign tasks to technicians, and keep vehicles moving by translating signals from partners into actionable work orders.

Role requires 3–5 years in service-adjacent roles, experience with hybrid/high-voltage systems, and strong Excel/CMMS skills. This is an on-site position with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in service advisor or shop coordination roles.
• Experience with hybrid/high-voltage systems is required.
• ASE EV certifications preferred or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, triage and prioritization for fleet-wide up-time targets.
• Assign work to technicians and monitor daily shop workflow.
• Provide proactive status updates and coordinate with partners.
• Support improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and availability.
• Coordinate handoffs and maintain on-site operations
