Job summary

ASRC Federal Advanced Research is seeking a Scheduler to develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules for military ground vehicle programs in Sterling Heights, MI. You will coordinate with program managers to establish baselines, milestones, and resource needs, while monitoring progress and communicating status to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance from the Federal Government.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS, 25% annually.
• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for military ground vehicle programs.
• Build detailed project schedules that incorporate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, testing, QA, logistics, and fielding.
• Coordinate baselines, milestones, critical paths, and resource requirements with PMs and PMs.
• Monitor schedule performance and provide status updates to leadership and customers.
• Analyze schedule progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform critical path analysis and assess impacts from design changes, supply constraints, testing delays, and production issues.
• Support program planning activities including proposal development, contract modifications, and production planning.
• Develop and maintain schedule metrics, forecasts, and performance reports for reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning between engineering, prototype builds, vehicle integration, testing and production.
• Assess schedule risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Track milestones including design reviews, prototype builds, qualification testing, and deliveries.
• Support EVM reporting and schedule performance measurement when required.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and configuration control throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support resource loading and capacity planning across multiple projects.
