Job summary

Continuum Resource Network is seeking a Level 3 Vehicle Operator for an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing platform. This role is ideal for drivers with technical experience aiming to launch a career in autonomous mobility.

You will prioritize safety, perform vehicle readiness, and test software/hardware while collaborating with teams across vehicle engineering and operations. The position offers a 12-month contract with a base pay of $25 per hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• Proven driving experience with technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to drive for extended periods (6 hours daily).
• Familiarity with software/hardware tech from hobbies or work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record with no criminal history.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset.
• Tech certification or IT/robotics background a plus.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support vehicle functions using driving expertise.
• Drive 4-8 hours daily with a focus on safety.
• Execute basic software operation and troubleshooting tasks.
• Support missions through in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle roles.
• Assist with documentation, metrics, and feedback to engineering teams.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks, services, and minor repairs.
• Provide logistical support for vehicle and equipment movement/storage.
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workspaces are ready and clean.
• Manage paperwork related to vehicle readiness.
