Responsibilities

• Lead and support Vehicle Operators in daily fleet operations to meet safety and performance goals.
• Foster safety-first, inclusive culture and open communication.
• Coach team members while performing hands-on work.
• Ensure software/hardware testing activities are executed safely and accurately.
• Manage shift scheduling and coverage, plus admin tasks.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback and development.
• Motivate team to meet operational, safety, quality, and performance targets.
• Develop knowledge of vehicle-operations software and tools.
• Serve as point of contact for contractors; clarify responsibilities.
• Support missions inside and outside vehicles; cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify problems and develop practical solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
