The role includes a 1-month paid training in Washington, D.C. and ongoing paid training, with health insurance benefits. Shifts include days and evenings, weekends, and overnight coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Tech-fluent: proficient with Google Workspace and mobile devices.
• Strong, concise communication and quick-thinking observation are required.
• Physically capable for long periods of sitting/standing, lifting up to 45 lbs, stairs, and mobility in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomous vehicles on structured or free-form routes with minimal manual driving.
• Capture software logs and provide environmental insights to support testing and development.
• Deliver precise ride reports to engineering and operations teams.
