Qualified Professional and Technical in Rochester Hills is seeking a Build Technician for 1st shift to assemble complex mechanical and electrical components for low-volume autonomous vehicle production. You will read CAD drawings, follow specs, and ensure precise, safe assemblies with strong attention to detail.

The role requires 1–2 years in robotics or vehicle assembly, good teamwork, and PC CAD familiarity.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years’ experience in assembling complex mechanical and electrical systems in robotics, passenger vehicle, or heavy trucking or a related field, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following assembly instructions and specifications.
• General knowledge of interior and exterior vehicle assembly, service, and aftermarket modifications.
• Ability to view and interpret CAD images; basic PC skills required.
• Journeyman or Apprenticeship training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the production team to assemble complex components for low volume autonomous vehicle production.
• Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly of intricate assemblies.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy and functionality of assembled components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or discrepancies that may arise during the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Adhere to deadlines and production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure on-time delivery.
