Job summary

Expedian Urgent Care in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an autonomous Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to lead urgent care with minimal oversight in Mansfield, Midlothian and Waxahachie, TX. Schedule: 3 days per week with every other weekend; weekdays 9:00 AM–8:00 PM (10.5 hours), weekends 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (7.5 hours).

39 hours per week. Requirements include a Master\'s degree in NP/PA, active TX license with DEA, 1 year urgent care/ER experience, and BLS & ACLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level advanced practice training.
• Active TX NP/PA license with DEA registration.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent urgent care, diagnostic reasoning and treatment.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as I&D, wound care, splinting, and foreign body removal.
• Manage a broad patient demographic from pediatric to geriatric.
