Job summary

Volvo Autonomous Solutions US LLC is offering an Autonomous Truck Uptime Processes & Data Analytics Intern role in Fort Worth, TX. You will support data analytics, safety claim validation, and AI adoption to enhance autonomous truck systems.

The internship provides hands-on experience with engineers and data scientists, including dashboard creation and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates are pursuing engineering degrees, with strong analytical skills and familiarity with Python,

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, or related field).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, Excel, or similar).

Responsibilities

Assist in documenting safety claims for autonomous truck repair & maintenance processes.
Analyze operational and test data to support safety claim validation and performance insights.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
Support the application of AI/ML tools for trend detection, anomaly identification, and predictive insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and product).
