Job summary

WingXpand is seeking a Project Manager — Hardware & Software to lead execution across hardware, software, and electrical engineering teams. You will work hands-on with engineers, executives, and customers to deliver WingXpand’s core products, meet contract milestones, and shape future product roadmaps.

This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership and real impact on fielded autonomous systems.

Qualifications

3 years of direct project management experience with hardware and software development.
Led projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks and facilitated ceremonies.
Proficient with ClickUp, Jira or Asana for engineering workflows.
Ability to leadwithout micromanaging and unblock teams.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary product development across hardware, software, and electrical engineering.
Manage scrum and agile processes to keep projects on time and aligned with goals.
Own complex contract execution plans with milestones and roadmaps.
Translate strategy into actionable tasks for engineers and stakeholders.
Engage with customers to translate needs into technical requirements and MVPs.
Contribute to technical proposals and customer engagement strategies.
Brief leadership with clear timelines and progress updates.
Build trust with technical teams through hands-on leadership.
