Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering in a related field required.
• Technical literacy in uncrewed systems (UAS), autonomous flight dynamics, robotics, edge computing, or embedded systems.
• Proven success identifying complex engineering risks, isolating root causes, and leading IPTs through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Drive hands-on technical execution across vendor platforms from concept to range testing.
• Lead integration of edge-AI compute, collaborative swarming algorithms, automated target recognition, and GPS-denied navigation into uncrewed airframes.
• Enforce Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) standards to break vendor lock-in.
• Monitor and manage vendor baselines, test schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Develop technical requirements for SOWs, PWSs, and CRPs leveraging rapid acquisition vehicles (OTAs, MTAs).
• Lead failure analysis and anomaly investigations with rapid learning loops.
• Synthesize telemetry and risk analyses into concise briefings for program leadership.
