Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. seeks an Autonomous Systems Project Engineer to lead development, integration, and flight-testing of next-generation uncrewed platforms. The role carries technical accountability across vendor platforms from rapid prototyping to low-rate production.

Based in Huntsville, AL, you will drive edge AI compute, sensor integration, and MOSA/open architecture efforts, guiding IPTs and risk management to deliver warfighter-ready capabilities on aggressive schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Systems, or related field).
• Minimum of five (5+) years of related experience.
• Demonstrated technical literacy in uncrewed systems (UAS), autonomous flight dynamics, robotics, edge computing, or embedded systems.
• Proven success leading multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Drive rapid prototyping and flight execution across vendor platforms from concept to range testing.
• Lead integration of edge AI compute, ATR, and GPS-denied navigation into uncrewed airframes.
