Job summary

Grocery Outlet is seeking Independent Operators to own and run a Grocery Outlet store with autonomy and the support of an established brand. This hands-on role requires ownership, strong leadership, and a focus on community engagement.

Minimum of 4 years in retail management or multi-unit leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to relocate are essential. Full-time with flexible hours, uncapped earning potential via commission, and corporate support and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
