Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions is seeking an SLPA to join a pediatric-focused clinical team. You will provide one-on-one sessions, manage your own caseload, and collaborate with therapists across disciplines to deliver tailored care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Assistant program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLPA.
• 2-3 years of SLPA pediatric experience preferred.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child\'s care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
• Work autonomously as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
