Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home and Community Program in Rocky Mount, NC. You will provide functional rehabilitation tailored to patients' everyday environments.

This role offers a flexible schedule, a competitive hourly rate of $53.00 to $58.00, and reimbursement for travel and mileage. Ideal candidates possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and have effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech disorders.
• Re-assess treatment plans and communicate needs to the treatment team.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations.
• Ensure collaboration across disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
