Qualifications

• Significant M&A and private equity transactional experience, senior-level capability.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal leadership skills.
• Experience advising corporate clients, sponsors, and investors on sophisticated transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex M&A, divestitures, and strategic transactions from structuring through closing.
• Advise on private equity investments, exits, and related corporate matters.
• Structure minority investments and negotiate terms with sophistication.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage high-stakes transaction documents.
• Advise executives and investment professionals as a trusted adviser.
• Coordinate deal workstreams and supervise junior lawyers and specialists.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
