Job summary

TEEMA seeks a resilient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide autonomous nursing care in a secure correctional facility. You will handle triage, emergency responses, assessments, and clinical workflows within a highly structured environment on a fixed night shift.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, HIPAA-compliant record-keeping, collaboration with physicians and mental health staff, and strict adherence to safety and infection control standards. Prior acute care or ED experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and procedures per physician orders.
• Monitor chronic disease management and patient education.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians, APPs, mental health, and safety staff.
• Adhere to infection control and facility safety standards.
