Entertimeonline is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health on a PRN basis in Texarkana, TX. You will manage your own patients, deliver high-quality care in patients' homes, and collaborate with a care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice).
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or critical care preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
