Colquitt Regional Medical Center is seeking exceptional Registered Nurses to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. You will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care, evaluate responses to treatment, and advocate for patients’ needs, educating them and their families on health and wellness.

The ideal candidate will be responsible and well-trained, able to provide high-quality care autonomously.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Knowledge of GA Nurse Practice Act and Joint Commission Standards.
Current Georgia license as a registered nurse. ACLS and PALS required.

Responsabilités

Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide best care.
Observe and interpret symptoms and communicate to physicians.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for individualized care plans.
Perform routine procedures and document in the electronic record.
Administer medications and provide treatments per orders and scope of practice.
Maintain hygiene and safety in the facilities and prepare beds.
Provide urgent medical care in emergencies and assist surgeons during operations.
Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
Foster compassionate environment and educate patients and families.
Attend educational workshops and conferences to expand knowledge.
