Qualifications

• Successful completion of a respiratory therapy educational program sufficient for Washington licensing.
• Maintaining necessary certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) post-hire.
• 6 months previous hospital-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor respiratory care equipment.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for various patient populations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize care.
• Utilize evidence-based protocols for treatment plans.
• Advocate for patients while exercising strong clinical judgment.
