You will translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, partnering with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high-agency builder mindset and proven domain expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience turning strategy into actionable roadmaps and production-grade systems.
• Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Europe or the Americas.
