Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of accredited NP program in specialty.
• Montana APRN license with prescriptive authority.
• Montana RN license.
• DEA license if applicable.
• National NP board certification.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• Two years of RN experience.
• Preferred: additional training or certification in relevant specialty.
• Preferred: 2 years NP experience in relevant specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based patient care and treatment plans within specialty scope.
• Examine, diagnose, and write orders; perform and assist with procedures where applicable.
• Transcription and coding responsibilities.
• Participate in quality initiatives, research, and policy development.
