Job summary

TeamHealth seeks a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Memphis, Tennessee. This full-time role (5 days/week) involves rounding in a skilled nursing facility with strong support, autonomy, and earning potential.

Compensation is fee-for-service with an annual range of $119,584 to $141,501 and no cap on productivity income. Our onboarding, mentorship, and growth opportunities support your transition and career development.

Qualifications

• Must have NP or PA license in TN and DEA registration.
• Experience in post-acute/acute/ED/clinic settings preferred, but new grads welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
