Butterfly Pediatric Therapy in Bellevue and Issaquah, WA is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join an interdisciplinary team that values autonomy, mentorship, and innovative care.

You will provide evidence-based, child-led OT, design personalized treatment plans, collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and families, participate in mentoring and ongoing education, and help grow our programs while maintaining a sustainable caseload.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed OT/OTA in Washington or eligible for licensure.
• Enjoys working with children and families.
• Evidence-informed, individualized care approach.
• Comfortable collaborating with SLPs, PTs, and families.
• Willing to engage in mentoring and ongoing education.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, child-led OT to children with diverse developmental needs.
• Design individualized treatment plans reflecting each child’s strengths and goals.
• Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and families for cohesive care plans.
• Participate in clinical mentoring, case discussions, and continuing education.
• Contribute ideas to improve programs, clinical excellence, and patient experience.
• Maintain a manageable, sustainable caseload while building relationships with families.
