ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, California, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to help children aged birth to 21. You will design and deliver one-on-one interventions within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, with autonomy to tailor your schedule and treatment plans.

The role offers a unique compensation structure, flexible Monday–Friday hours from 8 am–8 pm, ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an OT.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Pediatrics Experience Preferred.
• Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
