Job summary

Sanford Health in Minocqua, WI is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care in outpatient settings using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation). The role emphasizes coordination with the health care team and age-appropriate care.

Shift options include 20 or 24 hours per week with Tue, Wed, and Fri 7:30 am - 4 pm. No evenings, weekends, holidays or on-call.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state where practice is occurring; multistate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and patient assessment in outpatient settings.
• Provide patient education and nursing interventions in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Practice within the scope of nursing standards and act in accordance with state regulations.
