Proof Physical Therapy and Performance in Flagstaff, Arizona seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic care with clinical autonomy and mentorship. The role emphasizes evidence-based evaluation, personalized plans, and movement-based rehabilitation.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for Arizona PT licensure
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Sports rehabilitation interest or experience encouraged

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive outpatient orthopedic evaluations
• Identify movement limitations and contributing factors
• Develop individualized, goal-driven plans of care
• Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy treatment
• Progress patients through therapeutic exercise and movement-based rehabilitation
• Collaborate with teammates on patient care and challenging cases
