Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist for an outpatient orthopedic role in a private-practice setting. You will deliver care with autonomy, manage a balanced caseload, and work within a clinic supported by imaging for faster, accurate treatment.

The position emphasizes 1:1 patient time, collaboration with experienced clinicians, and growth pathways including diagnostic imaging and specialty certification support. A manageable schedule and strong PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time.
• Top performers average 11-12 patients/day, with appropriate double-booking only when not impacting care.
• Build plans of care that match your clinical style.
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners.
• Support strong outcomes with consistent, patient-first care.
