Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic role with autonomy and a manageable caseload in Utah. The position offers a base salary plus potential revenue-sharing and a clear growth path within a private practice setting.

You will treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with 1:1 patient time, collaborating with experienced staff and local medical partners to deliver patient-first care and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Formación

• Licensed PT with outpatient orthopedic focus.
• Ability to manage a balanced caseload with priority on patient experience.
• Autonomy in clinical decision-making within a private practice.

• Top performers see 11–12 patients per day with appropriate scheduling.
