Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing therapists to provide functional rehabilitation directly in the community.

Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the treatment team. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $60.00 to $65.00 per hour along with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Communicate patient’s needs to the treatment team.

Skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques

Effective communication skills

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
