Job summary

Praxis PT in Barkley Village (Anytime Fitness Gym) seeks an Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a fee-for-service role with clinic autonomy to manage your schedule and care plans. The clinic offers one-on-one 45-60 minute sessions, mentorship for new grads, and advanced testing like VALD dynamometer and force plates to guide progress.

Responsibilities include evidence-based ortho/sports rehab, return-to-play programs, and collaboration with doctors and trainers to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• DPT required.
• 2+ years outpatient orthopedic/sports experience preferred but new grads welcome with mentorship.
• Licensed or eligible for WA State Physical Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehab.
• Integrate VALD dynamometer assessments and force plate testing into patient care and return-to-sport decisions.
• Create individualized return-to-play and performance-based programs for athletes and active patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, coaches, and trainers to deliver a full continuum of care.
