• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license or in process.
• Orthodontic Specialty Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles to align the day.
• Provide clinical autonomy with full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct exams and communicate tailored treatment plans.
• Delegate to team to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards and ensure patient confidentiality.

Education
