Job summary

Columbia Healthcare in Lake Jackson, TX seeks an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a well-established practice with a strong referral base. You will perform a broad range of surgical procedures, including implants, wisdom teeth, and orthognathic surgery, while maintaining clinical autonomy.

The role offers mentorship, a mature patient base, and opportunities for long-term growth within a national specialty partnership. Texas licensure eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Eligibility for Texas dental licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills.
• Training in dentoalveolar surgery, implants, bone grafting, and IV sedation.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based patient care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in developing long-term relationships with referring doctors.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Oral & Maxillofacial surgery services with autonomy.
• Maintain high clinical standards and patient care across the practice.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and the broader surgical team.
• Contribute to ongoing growth through mentorship and patient relationships.
