Lehigh Valley Oral Surgery & Implant Center in the Lehigh Valley, PA, is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a well-established, multi-doctor practice serving Bethlehem, Stroudsburg and surrounding communities.

The ideal candidate is clinically driven, with residency in OMFS, eligibility for PA licensure, strong surgical skills, and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based care; experience with implants, bone grafting, and anesthesia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for dental licensure in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills.
• Experience with dentoalveolar surgery, implant placement, bone grafting, and anesthesia.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in developing referrals and collaborative, team-based care.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Join an established, multi-doctor oral surgery and implant practice.
• Provide a broad range of OMFS services including implants, grafting, and pathology cases.
• Maintain clinical autonomy within a collaborative practice environment.
• Develop and sustain referral relationships with doctors and providers.
• Mentorship and professional-development support available.
